You enter the URL of your site or a description of your business idea. Competition Compass takes care of the rest. Guiding you through the exploration and enriching process. Presenting you with intermediate results you can review and fine-tune.

Competitive analysis isn’t just about understanding others. It’s about understanding where you stand relative to them.
Your company (website) now clearly appears on the market map visualization. So you see your positioning alongside competitors at a glance. Identify gaps in the market. Spot where you’re differentiated and where you’re crowded.
This visibility extends to exports too. When you generate a slide deck, your company appears alongside competitors. Present your market position to stakeholders with context they can immediately understand.
PageRank: Measure Authority at a Glance
We’ve added PageRank as an enrichment metric for all competitors—and for your company too.
PageRank measures domain authority based on the quality and quantity of links pointing to a website. It’s a useful proxy for online presence and credibility. A competitor with high PageRank likely has established content, media coverage, or industry recognition.
Use it to quickly identify which competitors have the strongest online footprint. Compare your own authority against the field. Spot up-and-comers with growing PageRank who might become serious threats.
This metric appears automatically during enrichment. No configuration needed.
Add Competitors by URL
Sometimes you discover a competitor through a link, not a name. Maybe someone shared their website in a Slack channel. Maybe you found them in a footnote of an industry report.
You can now add competitors directly by URL. Paste the website address, and Competition Compass handles the rest—extracting company information and running enrichment automatically.
This is especially useful for:
- Niche players with names that don’t surface easily in search
- International competitors with non-English company names
- Newly discovered threats you want to add quickly without hunting for the exact company name
